These Terms and Conditions apply to the apSAYRI passenger app, the apSAYRI Driver driver app, and related services under apsayri.chatcielo.com and apsayri.com.
By registering, logging in, or using apSAYRI, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies published by the service.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for the activity carried out through their account. Drivers may be subject to verification, identity review, and operational approval before using driver features.
Passengers may use the service to request trips and related support functions. Drivers may use the service only for lawful trip operations and only while meeting platform, verification, and safety requirements.
Fares, fees, and trip-related charges are determined by the operational configuration in effect at the time of the trip, including any applicable adjustments, penalties, or refunds allowed by platform rules.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or closed for safety reasons, verification failures, fraud risk, abuse, unpaid obligations, or violation of platform rules.
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on this website and within the apps.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the revised version.
